Family-owned Arotsker and Sons distillery revamped the packaging of its premium spirits range late last year. The brand called on agency Dozen for its brand strategy and modernization of the packaging design.
Ukrainian premium spirits distillery Arotsker & Sons, which goes back to the mid-20th century, has modernized the packaging of its spirits range. Branding agency Dozen dreamed up a streamlined design that reflects the spirits producer’s traditional distilling process. The handcrafted spirits range comprises three spirits distilled in small batches – vodka, grappa and gin.
All three spirits are housed in identical glass bottle (
Bruni Glass) featuring rounded shoulders and a heavy base. The hand-printed facing labels (Flexlabel) are printed on
Avery Dennison’s Fasson Rustique Blanc Plus paper and feature individual color coding in addition to a unique serial number on each bottle.
The brand’s name and logo, an intertwined ‘A’ and ‘S’, are embossed and hotstamped in copper and finished with UV flexo matt varnish. A narrow, second label wraps around the wooden stopper (Bruni Glass) bearing the brand’s name.
